An intimate fine-dining experience located underground beneath The Hitching Post. Accessed by a dramatic spiral staircase, it offers elevated Texas cuisine in a unique and memorable setting.

Glamping & Tiny Homes

Stay overnight in our thoughtfully designed tiny homes and glamping units nestled among the oaks and pastures. Each unit blends rustic charm with modern comfort and peaceful views of the ranch. All stays directly support animal care.

Enjoy live music from regional Texas bands, seasonal festivals, and family-friendly evenings on our rustic outdoor stage (250-capacity venue with a classic Texas ranch feel). These events create joyful community moments under the stars.

Robots on the Ranch

During your visit, you may encounter our helpful robots assisting with daily operations. From gentle monitoring in the animal zones to carrying supplies or maintaining pathways, our robots work quietly in the background to support staff and improve efficiency — always with animal welfare and guest comfort as the top priority. It’s a unique opportunity to see responsible AI and robotics in real-world action at a working rescue ranch.
